Mussolente (Vicenza) SP248 [provincial highway], Via della Vittoria 35, altitude 140 m/460 feet above sea level; train station at Bassano del Grappa about 5 km/3 miles to the west.

The villa is set on a low hill at the base of Monte Grappa in the vicinity of Bassano del Grappa. It was designed by the Bassano architect Antonio Gaidon through a commission from the nobleman Antonio Negri Miazzi who collaborated directly on the design to the point of being considered its co-architect. The villa was completed in 1763.

The villa is visible from SP248 with a long stairway in front; the central block is divided into three floors; to the sides there are two barchesse [service buildings] with colonnades. Surrounding the villa is a vast park with a labyrinth.

Today the villa is the property of the Piovene family; only the grounds are open to visitors and only by appointment.
